System performance is significantly reduced due to inadequate processing power and graphics capabilities.
Hello everyone, my computer's performance has significantly decreased since I purchased it used. After running tests with UserBenchmark (although not a highly regarded tool), I’ve discovered that it's performing below expectations. My CPU (Ryzen 5 1400) and graphics card (RX 580) are showing scores in the 0-5 percentiles. I’ve previously discussed this issue and was advised to increase my RAM, which I have done – now utilizing 2x8 Corsair sticks running at 2933MHz, achieving a 70th percentile score in tests. My games frequently crash, preventing me from playing and causing blue screen errors accompanied by various stop codes. To the best of my understanding, the CPU isn’t overheating, and I'm uncertain about the root cause. If anyone can offer suggestions regarding potential problems or alternative testing software, I would be grateful for any assistance!

Was this a fresh installation on that equipment?
Complete erasure and reinstallation.
I inquire, because numerous problems can stem from combining an outdated installation with fresh hardware, or a secondhand computer and the residue present in its original setup.
Once you acquired it, did you manually clear everything and reinstall all programs yourself? If not, that’s the first step you should take.
Upon acquiring the item, I swapped it out for my own hard drive, a change that didn’t seem unusual. However, I performed a partial erasure to reduce the capacity from 400 gigabytes to 220, intending to utilize an SSD that I presently hold in reserve due to its questionable stability.
