Hi, I experienced a stutter in GTA V while using my laptop. After closing the game, I checked the CPU and GPU usage and found that my CPU never exceeded 50%. Here’s the CPU status from Task Manager. Let me know if you need further assistance.

They perform exceptionally well. I verified it myself.

Disable the game mode. If this resolves the issue, proceed with further troubleshooting.

Game mode is disabled; I’m using separate AMD Radeon configurations for the game. This issue isn’t limited to the game—it also affects Intel XTU benchmarks. Updated October 4, 2020 by Ayush K I only have two CPU cores.

I noticed that point too. I've seen several suggestions online, possibly useful. Check out the link provided for more details on Windows 10 settings and CPU speed. Also, don't forget the simple restart option that's often ignored. Let me know if it helps!

The game may stutter intermittently rather than consistently. The delay between closing the game and beginning benchmarks seems to be noticeable. I haven’t run these tests before; I didn’t see such low component activity.

It began stuttering two days ago while I was playing GTA V as usual. My laptop is low-end but it still handles 26-30 fps in the game. That wasn’t an issue before. 2 about ten minutes because I didn’t have benchmarking software. 3 I’ve never run any benchmarks before.
