Your specs look quite costly, making an HDD seem like a better choice than an SSD. Are you building your own PC? I believe OEM units usually come with unusual setups without an SSD, but it’s fine if you’re new to building and didn’t realize the difference between HDDs and SSDs. Everyone should learn from their mistakes.

I assembled my computer using every component. I was aware of the SSD, but it had to be either a 50$ HDD or something around 110$, so because I was already investing a lot, I assumed it would be okay to stick with the HDD. Turns out I was mistaken, haha.
