I'm just starting with PC building and this forum, but I thought it would be a good idea to give it a try. While playing League, the game froze and both GPU and CPU usage dropped to zero. My SSD also spiked to maximum usage at that moment (see photo). I couldn't see what was consuming disk resources then, but I think it was likely the game files since everything on the SSD and HDD is Linux-based. Would appreciate any advice or guidance on troubleshooting.

Specs: CPU - Ryzen 3 3200G, GPU - MSI 2GB GTX 760, RAM - G.SKILL RipjawsV 16GB (2x8GB), DDR4 3600MHz, MB - ASROCK B450M, HDV, PSU - XFX 750W 80+ Gold.

How would you like to know if you solved the problem or had to change the ssd? The same thing happens to me, everything is fine, however, when I play like this, a game that does not consume anything to the most demanding at any time it randomly freezes for 1 second or 2 and when I see the task manager I see that the load of the gpu and cpu go down to 0 and the disk usage goes up to 100%

I discovered the problem with my computer—my Kingston SSD required a firmware update. It was slowing down and causing crashes.
