I was having an issue but im stupid and it wasn't really an issue so after resetting my pc twice (first keeping my files and second not keeping them) i noticed that my issue (that was just my internet lagging) was fixed but now my cpu usage spikes and causes stutters, also if i happen to open a program while playing it causes my whole pc to freezd for about 5-6 second in which my cpu goes to 100% and my gpu drops from 90 to sometimes 0, have in mind that i used to play warzone with discord, 4 chrome tabs and spotify in the background with no issue. Its been a week since and i cant find a solution i've already checked my bios and updated but if theres a setting in bios that can cause this problem let me know cause i only turned on xmp and reziseable bar after resetting my bios to preset settings.

What are your computer specifications? What temperatures do you see when it starts up? How much CPU and RAM are being used while idle? This issue seems to appear mainly in games or demanding applications. It's tough to pinpoint the exact cause, but we can guess several possibilities. If your PC runs a game below recommended settings, it’s usually normal. Open Task Manager while playing, right-click the app to go to details, then click Priority to check if it’s set to high, realtime, or normal. Look at your power plan and make sure it’s set to optimal or highest. If not, adjust it. Also, consider disabling apps at startup if they aren’t essential, as they can slow down boot time and drain resources.

I completed all standard improvements. My system has a 4060 Ti, an i5 12400f, 32GB RAM, and a 1TB NVMe drive. I’m sure cooling is adequate because overheating hasn’t occurred before—only during gaming. I captured a video of the problem and also recorded my task manager so you can review it and find any clues.
