I've spent a solid hour searching for a solution but now I'm stuck. I'm pretty sure it's not the issue that's slowing me down, since the system is pre-built and it's not related to CPU, GPU, or RAM. The PC specs are listed on the page you shared, and none of the components overheat during gameplay. All my drivers are up to date, and I've tried updating the BIOS but couldn't find any new releases. I've also set the PC to gaming mode and disabled power-saving settings, yet performance remains strong—no FPS caps or anything. For context, I sometimes drop to around 140 FPS in a game even though I expect better with this machine. Sorry if this is something you didn't expect; I might have missed some details because I'm new to these things.
