It remains sluggish and unresponsive. Booting it would help initially, but after about 10 to 15 minutes I start experiencing issues—closing a program causes the window content to vanish instantly, and the cursor behaves erratically.

Have you checked the components under stress while they function? Performed GPU-heavy benchmarks such as 3DMark or Unigine Superposition. Conducted CPU tests like OCCT CPU or Prime95 small FFTs. I’m not convinced it’s a RAM problem, but Memtest86+ would be useful for RAM verification. It requires a USB stick to start.

In my view, symptoms aren't telling me much, so resetting the BIOS settings and turning on EXPO could help.
