Hey everyone, I'm having an issue with my CPU on two different Windows versions. It's an Intel Core i7 1185G7, and when I open the laptop it starts at 0.39 GHz clock speed. The game loading fixes it, but adjusting the minimum processor state in the control panel didn't help. I posted about this on the official Microsoft forum, but they said my CPU is fine.
