Your processor runs comfortably between 65-75°C under normal conditions. When under load, temperatures rise to 92-100°C. The CPU cooler is functioning properly and the fan is operating. It seems the thermal paste might need replacement, as GPU temperatures are normal.

Check the cooler, replace the thermal paste, and see if it works.
