Start by checking HWinfo for a clearer view of all details. The 13900K is within the acceptable range at 82°C, especially if your BIOS isn't turned off for multi-core and you're not pushing limits. For the 13900KF, temperatures are normal and the PL1 spike isn't a concern unless your average temps stay high and you're doing heavy continuous tasks like constant rendering. If you're comfortable with that, 80°C is fine even for gaming.
The temperatures are now stable after the remount and repaste.

I verified it just to be sure, thanks for the reminder—my model is newer than the ones they issued recalls for. A quick note on HWinfo, definitely worth using now. I tend to stick with Lian Li software since it’s already set up for fixing fans. But here’s what I shared: After booting and running idle, after a short session of Call of Duty MW2: Thanks a ton for the support—I think I’ll try it out!
Are you using the latest Bios too? If not, there's a chance it might help a bit...
On an i9 it’s smooth, and on a Celeron it feels just right. My laptop’s been running at around 60°C for more than ten years, and it still works okay. I don’t have much experience building computers, but it seems fine.
