System details:
Mobo model: Gigabyte X870E AORUS PRO (BIOS version F3g)
Processor: Ryzen 9800X3D
Graphics: MSI RTX 4090 Suprim Liquid
Memory: 2 x 16GB Vengeance RGB DDR5 6400 (CMH32GX5M2N6400C36)
Cooler: ASUS ROG Ryujin III 360
Power Supply: Corsair 850e
Storage: 2 x Samsung 970 Evo 2TB SSDs
Operating System: Windows 11 Pro 24H2

Issue: The system frequently locks up, necessitating a hard reset. Memtest86 completed successfully. Aida 64 stress test passed on all components individually, but failed during full system testing, triggering a hardware malfunction alert and halting operation. The failure occurred specifically when FPU and system memory were tested together. Overall performance remains stable across all aspects, yet the root cause of random lockups is unclear.

In the event viewer, consistent errors were detected: NVIDIA LocalSystem Container service repeatedly terminating or starting in a loop, along with occasional DistributedCOM warnings about security permissions (as I am the sole owner with admin rights). The motherboard has failed once (code d9) after reseating, but otherwise remains functional.

Recent changes included swapping the motherboard, CPU, RAM, and performing a clean Windows installation. All updates were applied via the GCC app (excluding cfo and norton). I verified AIO mounting, X3D Turbo settings, and performed a full memory test.

Is GCC enhancing or adjusting the system in some way?
