I've begun the Windows 11 installation on my new machine and hit "Let's connect you to a network," but nothing appears. Even though I connected it via Ethernet, it doesn't function. I suspect a motherboard problem, so I transferred the latest Wi-Fi drivers onto a flash drive, installed them, set it as the first boot, but it still won't work. I checked my issue online and it recommends going into Task Manager, disabling Wi-Fi, and doing a wireless setup—though that doesn't seem to help now. How do I install the BIOS? My board is a TUF Gaming Z790-plus with Wi-Fi d4.

You're currently at the step where you need to extract your drivers from the zip files. Make sure the USB with drivers is already unpacked. Right-click and select "Extract All..." Next, return to Windows Installer and click "Let's connect you to a network." Press Shift + F10 to launch the Command Prompt. Type the installation commands as shown, using the folder names from your USB. Press Tab as you type for autocomplete assistance. Let us know the outcome! If this resolves your issue, let us know so we can confirm it works.

It was really challenging for me. I tried installing Windows 10 without an internet connection and then wiped Windows 11. It worked perfectly once I got it set up, and I was immediately reminded to update my network settings right away. Thanks for your assistance!

Sorry about the unclear directions. I'm happy to walk you through it again if you'd like.
