I have nothing plugged in it just won't load up it doesn't recognise usb so in the bios I can't get to usb and it says I have to reboot if I want legacy mode but I can't reboot

This is problem that most of people here can solve, but in this case it requires lot of time to explain basics - how to enter bios, how to check boot settings, how to change boot mode etc. Do you have any friend who can help you directly? It may take even 2 minutes to solve this problem if you're lucky. This may be even bad bios battery. If everything works before and now it can't boot, it may be drive or bios. Bios do not reset itself, so replacing battery may be required and that is something that requires screwdriver and some skills. But diagnose, if you have some experienced friend, will not be very hard.
