Setting the multiplier to 36 is typical, while auto-selecting with a frequency of 3600 Hz would be ideal.

It’s not clearly conflicting. The particular RAM isn’t listed in the QVL, yet the QVL isn’t very important. I think the multiplier should be around 21.13 given your RAM speed of 2133.

If you're certain, install CPU-Z and verify the speed shows 1800. Also, look at the latency and confirm your CL multiplier isn't too high, such as 25.
