Occasionally my PC becomes extremely slow and in Task Manager the disk usage stays at 100%. It disappears when I restart, then everything works again. I don’t understand why the disk usage spikes so high without any reason. Anyone know what could be causing this and how to fix it? Might it be a hardware issue or just a software glitch?

I dislike when details are missing, like how to assist without clarification. Your specs show an NVMe SSD for boot and a SATA SSD elsewhere. The issue seems to happen with the boot SSD. Check Task Manager for disk I/O bottlenecks.
