I see the Costco setup as possibly upgradable only in the long run. If you upgrade to a more powerful GPU, the power supply could struggle with the additional demand. They don't specify the maker of most parts, which might lead to a lower quality PSU. Much depends on the compatible motherboard you choose. A custom board, like an Asus, MSI or Gigabyte, offers more flexibility. Purchasing a ready-made PC can save time and effort in selecting components, though it might not be as flexible for future upgrades.

ASRock Extreme Z590 is available near $100 on Amazon, while a 11600K costs around $150 on clearance at Best Buy. It’s definitely time for a PSU!

Thanks for the assistance, everyone. I chose to purchase a basic system from RePC in Seattle and give the inop system to them. I’m hoping their technicians can fix it and pass it along, so I can focus on creating a better one later.
