The source of the MBO doesn't affect whether it matters. What's important is how it impacts your situation.

It seems to be an Intel desktop with an i5 chipset, GTX 660 graphics card, 8GB RAM, and a 450W power supply unit.

I can capture the whole board image and the back panel where all connections are made, including HDMI and DisplayPort. I’ll verify each component is securely placed in its slot. If you have several cables, test one at a time to confirm proper connection. Ensure HDMI or DisplayPort is fully engaged. For any graphics card, check it’s connected to the card, not the board. This might seem odd, but I want to confirm your monitor is on and settings match your intended use.

The cables are properly attached; I've tested both DisplayPort and HDMI, yet nothing functioned. Deleting the RAM didn't help either.

Disconnect the GPU and start with built-in graphics, observe the results, and relocate RAM to another slot.

Yes, the display is active, and I've tested HDMI 1.5.
