I previously encountered a problem that I resolved by fixing it and deleting everything. After trying to reinstall, it seems the boot process isn’t starting properly—everything appears functional but I can’t access the BIOS. What steps should I take next?

You might want to search for BIOS reset instructions. There could be an issue with your RAM, as I've experienced problems during overclocking. Consider removing the power supply and holding the power button for about 5 seconds.
