My system (Asus TUF Series) is nearing its fourth anniversary, and recently I observed the CPU operating at full capacity often. Usually it's Windows Explorer, but sometimes other programs also consume a lot of processing power. I attempted a thorough antivirus clean, but the issue persists. What might be causing this?
