i attempted to set up an ubuntu virtual machine from the iso file on the ubuntu website. despite following the tutorial closely, it didn't work. i encountered this error message and logs indicating a driver issue related to vboxsup. the suggested fix was to run 'sc.exe query vboxsup' for more details, but that didn't resolve the problem. rebooting didn't help either. anyone have suggestions on how to fix this?

VirtualBox indicates that Hyper-V uses paravirtualization and I aim to check ways to turn it off.

I verified it, but I don’t have a folder called "oracle." There’s an app named "Oracle VM VirtualBox" installed, yet I’m unsure how it caused this issue. I tried accessing it through the console, but it doesn’t work.

Did you set up VirtualBox in a non-standard directory? Right-click the shortcut and select 'Open file location' to view it.
