Hello, I upgraded my PC recently with an i5 9400f, GTX 1050 Ti, 16GB RAM, and a 750W PS Aorus Z390 Elite. After that, I swapped it to an RTX 3070 GPU and then upgraded the CPU to an i5 12400F with a B660 Gaming motherboard. My current setup isn’t performing as expected compared to my friend’s machine running an RTX 3060 and an i7 11700K. They achieve much higher frame rates—2200–2800 FPS versus my 300–600 FPS. I’m curious if there are compatibility issues or known flaws with my configuration. Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks in advance, and have a great day.

What kind of game are we talking about? It looks like there might be a typo.

Seems unlikely the RTX4090 with 24GB is truly up to 2000+ frames per second.

Is the system capable of exceeding 2000 frames per second? Even the most powerful computer today struggles to reach 1000+ FPS in games such as CSGO.

It's Minecraft with almost no graphics, just a simple game mode.

If your friends' FPS seems off, I can help verify the issue. There are ways to test performance and identify problems. Let me know how you'd like to proceed.
