Every Windows 11 setup continues to face significant issues, even after a clean install, formatting, or disk cleanup using DiskPart. After replacing the computer with a different drive that wasn’t previously used, the system still shows signs of instability. RAM, CPU, GPU, and storage devices appear normal and operate within expected temperature and voltage ranges.
