Disconnect the power source for ten minutes to clear the CMOS. Then, reinsert the RAM and ensure it is properly seated.

If it was operating previously but now isn't, the BIOS is probably not the issue. I’d reach out to AMD to check if they accept a return merchandise authorization. You should receive a replacement CPU as a result.
