I just put in a Dark Rock Pro 4 and noticed my PC acting slower lately. Temperatures are fine, but my Cinebench and Userbench scores sit above average. However, during the first Userbench test it briefly detected my GPU and then froze completely. Also, when I reinstalled my GPU, one of the power connectors didn’t fully engage when I powered it on, causing a freeze, and another time the PCIe clip got stuck—eventually I managed to free it up and restored GPU functionality. My installation process wasn’t perfect, but why do these benchmarks look so great yet games lag significantly? The biggest issue is in Ori and the Will of the Wisps, which used to run smoothly at over 230 FPS, now dropping to around 180 FPS or less. All other games are about 20 fps behind. Any advice would be greatly appreciated—please double-check the specs. Edit: All drives are current, I verified every connector.
