CMT32GX5M2D6000Z36 has an unclear version number. It seems the motherboard QVL might be involved. This could explain the random internet drops and internet loss during restarts. A new cable could likely resolve those problems. The freezing and audio issues when restarting the motherboard are unusual. I've experienced many similar PC problems recently.
