It’s overheating at just 183W and slowing down. The cooling system might not be working properly, there could be poor connection between the CPU and the cooler, or it’s getting too hot in the room with your PC.

You're correct, the issue lies in the temperature rise rather than full CPU utilization. I reached 100°C quickly during benchmarks, but the cooling system functioned properly. It might be related to the thermal paste.

Purchase a quality air cooler for a fix. AIOs aren't great, and this is the reason.
