I just checked the latest update and noticed only a black screen appears. Everything seems normal except for the power button shutting down the PC. All troubleshooting steps like deleting regedit or ending windows explorer didn’t help because of the black screen. Before uninstalling Windows, do you know if there’s another way to fix this? Also, would it be possible to roll back the update? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Everything seems fine, but instead of my wallpaper, I'm only seeing black.
You can usually revert changes using a USB install disk. If you have one, attempt this method. For file recovery assistance, I’m happy to guide you through the process by messaging me. I suggest trying the fix for bad files here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help...ted-system.
Many users face the issue of the Start menu locking, making the Power button inaccessible. Restarting in Safe Mode can help—only essential components are loaded then, which may resolve some problems. The traditional F8 key for boot options is now disabled to speed up startup.
