Hello. I've included my PC specifications. The issue seems to be that it's running slowly, with average FPS around 90-100 in Dota, while CPU and memory usage are only about 40-50%. What might be causing this?

Integrated graphics can handle DOTA at 90-100 frames per second. It's impressive how much has improved since those days when only a few years ago a GPU couldn't reach 100 FPS in the same game.
