I received this new motherboard, PSU, RAM, and CPU. The issue arises whenever I launch Apex, Rocket League, or just stream a video on YouTube. My PC starts lagging, my headset disconnects sometimes, and my keyboard stops working. I've reinstalled Windows 10, updated all drivers, and checked the CPU and GPU temperatures—everything looks normal except the motherboard. The CPU is an i7 13th 13700K, RAM is Kingston FURY Beast DDR5-5200 C40, PSU is Corsair RM1000e.

Have you refreshed the BIOS? Was the cooler installed correctly?

BIOS refuses to update, please verify the ID. The cooler is positioned correctly.

I have no other choice but to return the motherboard. The PC functions normally for the first 10 minutes, but disconnecting the headset, keyboard, or mouse causes issues, and even my monitors sometimes freeze. Is 16 GB RAM suitable for the i7 13th generation, or do I need more? Should all components operate together correctly?
