I'm not sure what occurred. One moment I was working on my computer and noticed a minor slowdown. After checking Task Manager, I saw System Interrupts using about 15% of my CPU. I did some research and followed all the instructions except updating my BIOS because I wasn't confident in myself. To try to stop System Interrupts completely, I removed USB hubs and other unnecessary items from Device Manager, changed my power cord (I don't understand why), ran various driver and hardware checks—nothing seemed wrong. Finally, I attempted a full Windows reinstall, which only slightly improved things but still kept around 7% usage. I'm starting to feel frustrated, so I thought someone might have better advice. My system details are: NVidia GTX 660 Ti, AMD A4-6300 CPU, Crucial 4GB DDR3 RAM, three fans (names unknown), an MSI motherboard with unclear specifications, and a power supply whose model isn't listed.

Never verified that. I'm also too lazy to check it right now.

System Interrupts pauses the CPU during inactivity, cannot be limited.

I don't have access to real-time data or specific driver information. Could you clarify what you're referring to?

I think so, and it's running as a Windows application.

It seems the problem could relate to drivers, though reinstalling Windows suggests a hardware concern might be more likely.

It happened prior to my reinstallation, and it was even more severe than before.

No, I haven't taken anything apart or reassembled.
