While playing games such as ROE, CS:GO, League of Legends, etc., every 15 minutes the game shuts down (freezes) and the task manager displays 100% CPU usage with system interrupts. What could be causing this issue on Windows 10?

Have you added any new hardware? Did you run a system file check, DISM healtcheck, disk verification, or malware scan? Cleared temporary files and checked available space on your main drive. Started the system in selective boot to confirm background processes aren't overwhelming the machine with interrupt requests. There may be error logs in the event viewer that could be useful.
