I've noticed problems with 4000 and 5000 models in the newest drivers. Two users tried an older version recently and it resolved for them (both on the 4000 series), though they didn't recall their previous driver. @pete6274 It's crashing as expected, on an ISR. The Nvlddmkm!unknown_function appears in the logs. I checked the Nvidia driver list and tried more versions at the bottom. I've also checked other cases in August/September to confirm there were no prior issues with newer drivers.

Thanks a lot for your support @Bjoolz and @Mumintroll. I'm planning to try DDU with an older version and will share updates in a few days after more crashes. Do you have any suggestions on how to verify if it works? So far the issues appear random, occurring more during streams but not always. This makes it hard to confirm if the older driver is effective.

Most of the time, I like to use it as it is.

Alright, I'll try it for a few days and then revise this post.

It's been nearly a week since I started testing various older driver versions, starting from 560.81—the earliest available on NVIDIA’s site. So far, nothing has worked. The problem persists across every driver I've tried.

The defective GPU is the primary concern.
