The system appears stable following the BIOS update to F50. Memtest64 completed a full hour and a half run with no errors or crashes, a result I haven’t seen before. I’ll continue watching, but everything looks fine right now.

So essentially, I just performed a blue screen check using "MEMORY_MANAGEMENT" settings. After that, I encountered issues during Memtest64, so I’m considering replacing the motherboard with an ASRock B450 Steel Legend and switching to Crucial 2400MHz modules. That’s what I’m thinking now.

I’m likely to start with the motherboard first. My budget is around £80 to £100, which translates roughly to $90 to $115 depending on the currency.

Received a poor IMC on my CPU and needed to return it for repair. I had a 2700x that was brand new, but after a few months I swapped out the memory and board before replacing the CPU. It deteriorated significantly, making it impossible to boot Windows within about a week. After contacting AMD via RMA, they confirmed the issue and sent me a brand new retail unit.
