My device restarts unexpectedly every day, I’m unsure what’s causing it. In the reliability monitor it shows: Windows wasn’t closed properly, sometimes an app triggered a crash—like Windows Explorer stopping in the crash/error logs. The event viewer recorded: "The system rebooted without a clean shutdown. This error might result from the system failing to respond, crashing, or losing power suddenly." I’m not sure what’s wrong but I hope someone can assist. My computer is over a year old and likely nearing two years. I’ve noticed the power cable connected to the power supply seems loose—it moves more than expected before staying still, only shifting when force is applied.

Take apart all components, reattach each wire, clean as much as possible, verify everything is securely connected. Test functionality again.

It depends on the device, but typically it displays a restarting screen before powering off or rebooting. If it loses power, it may fail to boot afterward.

It doesn't display the restart screen; the display becomes blank, then the motherboard logo appears, followed by Windows booting up.

The event viewer will display a log explaining the reason for the restart. To access the logs, follow the provided link: https://www.windowscentral.com/how-find-...windows-10

I can't do that right now, but I'm considering bringing my PC to a technician to avoid doing something unnecessary.
