I checked the process and it closed, causing a permanent temperature change. Then after five seconds it reappeared. Sounds like a virus—what should I do to remove it?

I followed the instructions on the site, but couldn't remove three files in that specific folder. I stopped the Windows fonts cache service and turned it off, then restarted the PC. The usermode font driver host still shows up in the task bar using about half the processor power. Every time I deleted it, it reappears roughly every seven seconds. It looks like something suspicious is happening—could be malware? Please help me figure it out.
