I've encountered this before and usually end up reinstalling Windows to resolve the problem. That's not ideal. The easiest first step I take is to download DDU and boot into safe mode. In safe mode, I run DDU to remove all GPU drivers and then restart. After that, I switch back to Windows and try Nvidia GeForce Experience to reinstall the drivers. This method helps when APUs have conflicting display drivers.
