Hello everyone, here’s the PC configuration I’m using: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X with Gigabyte X570 AORUS PRO Patriot Viper RGB, 16 GB DDR4-3600, Samsung 860 Evo 2 TB ADATA XPG SX8200 Pro, and a 1 TB M.2 Sapphire PULSE Radeon RX 5700 XT 8 GB. It’s also paired with a SilentiumPC SG1V EVO TG ARGB FSP Group Hydro G 750W power supply, which is fully modular ATX. My setup includes a triple monitor configuration.

Regarding the issue you mentioned, I’ve been experiencing freezing during gameplay and have tried several fixes. The only solution so far is restarting the PC. No BSOD appears, but logs aren’t clear—only a critical reboot warning shows up. I’ve cleaned the system, reapplied thermal paste, updated BIOS and drivers, disabled MPO, and run numerous hardware tests. Still no definitive cause identified. If anyone has insights or additional steps to try, please let me know. Thanks!

Restart the system. This includes all built-in optimizations from AMD CPUs on AM4 platforms. Disable everything. This isn't the first Zen2 to face performance drops.

I believe the issue was fixed by spotting the problem in Event Manager, even though I missed it several times: application name faulting, cpudump.exe version 1.0.0.1, timestamp 0x57cd3da5, module MFCCPU.dll 22.5.11.1, timestamp 0x630f237a, code 0xc0000005F, process ID 0x3648, application started at 0x1DA0A41613EF4DEF, path C:\Program Files (x86)\Gigabyte\EasyTuneEngineService\cpudump.exe, module path C:\Program Files (x86)\Gigabyte\EasyTuneEngineService\MFCCPU.dll, report ID 37e0bda8-2a0f-45f7-9ce8-65985b2e8c30F, package full name matching the fault. I uninstalled Gigabyte Easy Tune using Geek Uninstaller to ensure no service remnants, then stopped having Wallpaper engine crashes for about a month. This should help others.
