CPU model: AMD FX 6100 GPU: RX 460 2GB RAM: ASRock 960GM-GS3 FX Storage: 8 GB DDR3 1600 HMZ Power supply: GIGATECH 550W Recently, I purchased an RX 460 and observed the system runs slower than expected. There appears to be a bottleneck between the CPU and GPU, with the GPU operating at 30-40% load while the CPU is at 70%. While playing H1Z1, I noticed a bug causing the GPU temperature to spike during lobby mode. This issue occurred on an older card too, but with the RX it wasn’t severe since the game would crash at around 60°C. In another session of H1Z1, the game had trouble loading maps and buildings occasionally, but after about 20-30 minutes it worked fine. Meanwhile, a friend’s PC froze with black-and-white dots while spectating, and the sound lagged before a black screen appeared. After rebooting, Windows reported a bluescreen message. I updated the GPU driver (optional) and restarted; Windows scanned my hard drive again, which then triggered the problem. I’m puzzled—no blue screen appeared, so what could be wrong with my OS or hard drive? Any advice would be appreciated.

My readings are normal. The initial wager would likely go to the PSU or RAM.
