I've noticed some unusual issues lately. Occasionally, Windows becomes unresponsive unexpectedly. The YouTube video keeps playing, but I can't access bookmarks or restart the program. I can open the menu but everything is stuck in a frozen state. Any app I launch freezes immediately. The system remains locked until I press the reset button, or it restarts after some time. Additionally, the lights on my graphics card and motherboard appear frozen as well, even though temperatures are normal. This happens without any warning signs of a problem—sometimes I watch a video and then suddenly Windows won't work. The AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D, ASUS TUF Gaming GeForce RTX 4070 ti, and other components seem to be functioning normally.
