I've checked and made sure everything is up to date. Is Windows 10 completely refreshed?

I've checked all the scanning tools—hardware, MemTest, SFC, DISM, and chkdsk. Still nothing. I'm worried it's not a hardware issue and I might crash into Safe Mode. Don't know how to capture logs or what else to do.
