pc freezes unexpectedly during gaming sessions. displays connection issues and changes in the motherboard error codes. after a short pause, gameplay resumes normally. this occurs mainly with online titles like Apex or Fortnite, but not with Counter Strike. system specs: 7950x, 3d, 64gb ram, 4080 x 670-e crosshair, 500gb NVMe, 2TB game drive, 1TB game drive, 1TB NME local disk.

Recent bios updates, newest network drivers, latest chipset firmware, and whether Green Ethernet or Energy Efficient Ethernet is off.
