System halts briefly following a reboot.

i7 12700k, rog 3070, rog z690 d4, 32gb dominator platinum, 980 pro 1tb. I’ve been using these parts for over a year without any updates, and the restart problem began about a month ago. My old HDD is still there.
The operating system starts from either the HDD or the SSD depending on the device configuration.
The system is starting from the SSD, boot time is normal, but restarting causes delays.
It seems the issue might relate to the operating system installation on the slower drive. I was considering that could be the cause.
