Hi, I faced the same issue two days ago. My PC was running smoothly while gaming, then I turned it off the next day. When I powered it back on, it crashed within minutes. After cleaning it, I tried again using fresh Windows 11, swapping RAM, resetting BIOS, running diagnostics, performing a start-up repair, and scanning with CMD. Still, it would crash after a few minutes. Temperatures stayed between 60-70°C for both CPU and GPU during stress tests or games. The Event Viewer showed no errors, and I used an open hardware monitor and Ryzen Master Open. I noticed the CPU usage would drop to zero, causing the system to become unresponsive—clicking nothing happened, then everything froze, locking up the mouse and keyboard. Eventually, a blue screen appeared with critical process errors and kernel data in-page issues. When I played games, they would work briefly before freezing, showing low frames or a black screen, followed by the system locking up. My machine specs are: Ryzen 5 5600, RTX 2060, Super A-8, 8GB RAM, 3200 MHz, NVMe Corsair CV550W. Please help me resolve this problem.

Kernel data inpage errors can stem from issues with RAM or storage drives. Have you reviewed the SMART table for your drive? You can use CrystalDiskInfo for this purpose. If you need assistance interpreting the results, share a screenshot here. Even after a disk scan, examining the SMART data can provide useful clues. For troubleshooting, consider using spare parts. You might ask a friend to lend their PC if you need something to test.

I've already checked the crystal disk info and everything looked good. I'm going to try it now and upload my findings.

I recently set up Windows on another drive and everything seems to be working well so far. Now I want to see if the other SSD is functioning properly or if there are any corrupted files.

You tried a new Windows setup on the drive, but it didn’t work. It seems the drive itself might be faulty.

After setting up Windows on a new drive, everything seemed fine until the crash returned after a fresh install. The disk appears healthy in the system info, yet the blue screen persists with critical errors. Is there a way to resolve this issue?

Verify the device has the most recent software update via an app from the maker's site. Apart from that, I question its fixability. If you possess a warranty, continue using it.
