Your GPU is experiencing issues during setup—black screen and failure to function after installing the driver. It works fine once Windows boots and the install completes, but problems arise only when the GPU driver is added. After replacing the PSU and using another GPU in the system, the issue persists. It may be related to a GPU BIOS configuration. The problem began with a crash and display artifacts.

Are you sure the temperatures are normal? This older GPU could be failing, and it’s not hard to guess.

During driver setup, the output turns dark at installation time, and the screen shows no signal. I switched the port on the card, updated the PCIe slot, replaced the PSU, and applied the 10 driver versions (including the Windows one). Now it seems the BIOS or disassembly is the issue.
