Details : i5 6400 -8GB single channel (2133), GTX 1060 6GB, M.2 NVMe 256GB/1TB HDD, Gigabyte h170-d3h board.
Issue : In Task Manager I see "System interrupts" using full CPU power, then after 30 seconds my CPU temperature drops. No solution found online.

System pauses occur frequently and it's normal for me. Mostly everything works fine.

Your PC restarts and shuts down completely, then restarts again. When it reaches 100%, you're seeing an error or issue. :I
