I'm struggling a bit here. I installed my PC in late December and it's been running smoothly for about a month. Recently it froze completely—even turning off the power button didn't stop it. I had to cut power from my PSU just to shut it down, which makes me wonder if that was my first error. Now it powers on, with all components lighting up and fans spinning, but I see only a black screen and the DRAM indicator stays on. I had Expo enabled before it crashed, so I suspect that was another mistake. I've followed all the recommended fixes: reset CMOS in various ways, flashed BIOS, reinserted RAM, and even tested using just one stick at a time. Still nothing. This is my first built computer with help from a friend, so I'm really anxious about starting repairs. If anyone has advice on where to begin, I'd appreciate it. I ordered new RAM for tomorrow just to check if my old one burned out, but if that doesn't help, I have no idea what to do next.

I also tested a fresh batch of RAM, even going with 32GB just to be safe, but it didn’t work. Could this be related to my motherboard?
