The issue seems to be with the CPU after more than a year of use. It only works with limited RAM, unlike other kits you've tried. This behavior is unusual and might indicate a hardware problem. It could be fixable depending on the cause, but you may need professional help.

Apply 99% IPA to the back or CPU, let it dry for an hour. Remove the socket retention from the motherboard to expose the golden pads, then spray the socket and RAM slots with 99% IPA. Wait about four hours before covering the slots with a tissue and paper to ensure proper drying.

I truly don't think that's the reason, as I mentioned it functions with a different CPU and additional RAM sticks. The 5800x was installed for more than a year without any changes.

It seems you're looking for a way to avoid causing damage by trying different approaches. You mentioned experimenting with mobos and want to see what works, so keep trying various methods.

I don’t have access to specific tutorials, but you can search online for "removing retention socket tutorial" or check the user manual for your device.
