Problem Title: MoAppCrash Package Full Name: Microsoft.GamingServices_2.45.11001.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe Application Name: praid:GamingServices Application Version: 10.0.19041.3918 Application Time: 379e7f3a Issue Description: ntdll.dll Fault Module Version: 10.0.19041.488 Fault Timestamp: 70e69bad Error Code: c0000008 Exception Offset: 000000000009fcca Operating System: 10.0.19041.2.0.0.768.101 Locale Code: 1033 Further Details: d38e Additional Notes 1: d38e Additional Notes 2: d38e4ecbb4ca6ace31fb21c8a7b17259 Additional Notes 3: 161e Additional Notes 4: 161e03cc0b4ff94ae5e4c51afd3bd954 This occurs frequently when my computer freezes completely. It reports that GamingServices ceased functioning and caused a full system freeze. It has happened multiple times today. The only solution tried was gradually lowering my RAM speed from 3666mhz to 2933mhz, which reduced the frequency. At 3666mhz it took roughly 10 minutes before freezing, at 2933mhz about 20 minutes, and now at 2133mhz it took nearly an hour and fifteen minutes before a freeze. I’m unsure what to do next. PC Specifications: GPU GTX 1080 CPU Ryzen 7 2700x @4.15GHz RAM Corsair Vengeance RGB 2x8GB 3666mhz Motherboard MSI b450M Power Supply EVGA 500B There are no known thermal issues, CPU idling at 38°C and GPU at 52°C – both within normal ranges.
