My computer experiences occasional crashes, usually right after power-on and generally after moving it or during cold mornings with heavy GPU usage. Otherwise it runs smoothly. When it freezes, the screen stalls on a single frame and audio can be affected or not at all; it doesn’t trigger a full BSOD. It’s about five years old with these specs: i5-7500 CPU @ 3.40GHz, 16GB dual DDR4 EGA 1060, 6GB 850 EVO, 250GB SSD boot drive, 1TB WD hard drive (M.2), ASRock B250M Pro motherboard, and a PSU rated 500-600W. I’ve attached the event viewer logs for reference. I’m unsure what’s causing it or how to fix the problem.

Join the discussions with DDU for removing and reinstalling your GPU drivers. Ensure everything is connected correctly—power cable in place, GPU slot snug, RAM properly seated. If problems continue, double-check all connections.

Thank you for your prompt response! The adjustments were made, but no clear solution was found yet. Only later will we see if it resolves the problem. I’ve marked it as resolved for now. Thanks.
