System frozen during setup process for Windows installation

@Compil3 Just reinstalled Windows. Easy. Use a USB stick. Download the Windows Media Creation Tool from Microsoft's site, create a bootable drive. Enter BIOS settings and start from there. Follow the instructions to install Windows. If you need to preserve your files, pick the upgrade option—old files will be overwritten automatically. Don't forget to add the necessary drivers from the manufacturer's site.
